Applications are now being accepted for the Chapter 002 Scholarships for 2010.The deadline is November 13th 2009.

Submit a package containing:

1.    Scholarship Application Form
2.    Student Statement Letter - a description of the program you are pursuing or plan to pursue in college.
3.    Student Resume
4.    Original Transcript
