2004 Scholarship Application

Recipients will be awarded a $250 Scholarship.

Instructions:

This application, completed in its entirety, must be submitted no later than April 28, 2004.

Selection to be made by the SME Chapter 6 Executive Committee.

Winners will be notified by June 15th,2004

Scholarship Criteria:

The recipient must meet all of the following criteria.

1. A high school senior graduating this school year, who will be attending a college next school year.

2. Applicant's parent or grandparent is a member in good standing of SME Fairfield County Chapter 6.

3. Applicant must complete all sections of this application (both sides).
