2008 Calendar

The Minneapolis chapter of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers No. 011 welcomes you to our web site. You are invited to browse our web site and see what is going on in the Twin Cities area. Please feel free to contact us via Email at the address listed in the Officers Directory.  

We have moved our Executive meetings to Midtown Manufacturing. Members please join us. Our usual meeting time is the third Wednesday of the month.

The 2008 – 2009 meeting calendar dates are pending. Make plans to attend. And participate in your chapter. If you did not receive your ToolBits news letter check to see if your membership is up to date. We do NOT send news letters to expired memberships.

Go to the SME Member Service Center and make sure your information is up to date. SME is going paperless so you need to include an E-Mail address. Be aware that some companies block bulk mail and you need to provide an E-mail address that will allow the SME mailings to reach you.

Participate in the Chapter Executive Committee!  Several opportunities are available to serve in various capacities.  Let me be frank, we are desperate for increased member involvement.  The chapter does not have a corporate sponsor so it survives on spare time contributions from the active members.
