Hello TPS Enthusiasts and Friends of the STG:
The Human Side of Lean!
This STG Plant Tour & Workshop at MAGELLAN Aerospace
will provide us with insights in the Aerospace Improvement
World. Magellan Aerospace launched Six Sigma already in
1997 as the inaugural program in a series of 'best practices'
identified for implementation throughout the Corporation.
At the same time Six Sigma was implemented in
connection with a program of continuous improvements
that also included the implementation of Lean
Manufacturing, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). |
