| Important Announcement re Bulletin Distribution, April 10, 2004 |
Dear Chapter 26 Members, One of our major initiatives this year is to tackle the problem of the ever increasing costs to print and mail our Chapter Bulletin, now supported in large part by tour/talk charges. With this in mind, starting this issue, we are distributing our Bulletin by email. Since this is new for us as well as for you, we would welcome your input. Initially we will send the Bulletin as an email message with a link to a pdf file on our web site. Since some people have virus protection software which automatically deletes all attachments, rather than attach a pdf directly to our email message, we thought it would be more convenient for you to receive an email notice giving a link where the Bulletin will be available for download at your convenience. This month we are sending an email notice of the April Bulletin to all those whose email addresses we have and sending a hard copies only to those without email addresses. If you DO NOT wish to receive a Bulletin notice by email, please call me at 416-291-5866 or send email to me at axisrm@gmail.com to arrange receipt of a hard copy.
