Karmax Heavy Stamping is a division of Cosma Body and Chassis Systems and a Magna International Company. Karmax is located on the western fringe of Toronto, in Milton, Ontario, They employee 850 people in the Halton/Milton Area. Karmax is a 1 million square foot state-of-the-art full service tooling and automotive stamping operation for small, medium and large automotive panels. Their warehouse is fully automated using robotized material movers. They provide parts to Chrysler, GM and Ford.

Karmax is an industry leader in design and manufacture of exterior panels, underbody stampings and assemblies. The integration of their Design, Engineering, Program Management and Manufacturing function results in competitively priced products which meet the highest quality standards and the most demanding launch schedules. The strategic goal of Karmax Heavy Stamping is to be the Premier North American Tier One Supplier of high quality stampings, assemblies and body systems in Canada, the USA, Mexico, and Europe.

The tour is limited to 50 people. Cutoff for registration is September 10 as Karmax requires a list of attendees. Note time: 1:45 pm for a 2 pm start.

Directions: From Hwy 401 exit at Interchange 320 onto Martin St. (Rt 25) south. Turn right on Market Drive. Go until you see the KARMAX plant. If you get to Steeles Ave E, you’ve missed it.
