About Goodrich

Goodrich Landing Gear is a world leader in the design, manufacture and testing of integrated, state-ofthe- art Landing Gear Systems. The Oakville site is the engineering and manufacturing center for landing gears for regional aircraft, business jets, and international customers (e.g. Airbus). Manufacturing responsibilities also include landing gears for Boeing commercial aircraft such as the 737, 767, and 777.

The tour will include manufacturing and assembly, and cover a wide range of products, including the Airbus A380 Wing and Body landing gears.

  • Space on the tour is limited (40), so you must register for this event in advance.
  • Preference will be given to SME members.
  • Last day to register is September 15th (space permitting).
  • In order to comply with ITAR regulations, anyone registering for the tour should forward in advance following information:

    • Legal name as it appears on their passport
    • Country(s) of citizenship
    • Name of company they are representing (if applicable) and place that company is based and where it was incorporated.

It is essential that all tour guests wear the personal protective equipment provided, and that they follow the instructions of the tour guides or other Goodrich Associates at all times.

Directions:
Take 403 or 427 to QEW, and follow QEW west to Oakville.
Exit at 3rd Line (Exit 113) and make a left turn to the south
onto 3rd Line. After, make a left turn to South Service rd.
west. Goodrich is on the right. If you reach Fourth Line you
have gone too far!
