Finding less than less than necessary Chapter membership response and respective replacement staff for the current and past officers, we have formally requested that Chapter 31 merge into Decatur Chapter 58. This means the "base" would be Chapter 58 in Decatur. 

The 2003 Officers wish to thank all of the individuals that contributed to the well being of Chapter 31 over the years and wish you all the very best in the future.
