Technical
Presentation and Tour:
The
presenter for the evening was Bill Carver and was held at Auburn Engineering.
Bill gave a very informative presentation and tour of the facilities. I believe
every one there learned a lot and had a good time. For those not there you also
missed Jack Day and his barbershop Quartet. Awards chairman, Viktor Astakhov
presented a certificate of appreciation from Chapter 69 to Bill.

Bob Petrach has been sending out “renewal reminders” and also welcome emails to the new members. Memberships to date 387 minus 42 that are expired so far this year bring the total membership down to 345 if none renew. The spring telethon may not be held at this time.

Barajas informed us that the April speaker JD would have his presentation on
manufacturing in
Communications
Report:
Doug Ruffley was absent. There is still trouble with the bulk email notification system.
Bob said he would talk to Doug about the problem.
Bulletin
Report:
Paul Drallos asked for notification of the technical presentation and biography as soon as possible. Although he indicated that he could turn around the bulletin in a couple days if necessary. Paul talked of doing a bio on each member with their picture for the bulletin. Get your bio into Paul first in first out. Viktor took pictures of everyone at the meeting.

Larie Smith was absent. Gary Shepperd said that only two people took the test.

Business:

Shepperd will handle the summer social, which will be the first or second week
in July.
Bob
explained the social to new members. Bring your old cars.

Not
a formal meeting so no formal adjournment. Dinner was held after the meeting.
