Big Annual Outing / PICNIC.

Date: August 29, 2007

Place: Token Creek Park, North of Madison Hwy 51 and 90/94 Interstate exit.

Time: Social mixer begins at 5:30pm, and Dinner at 6:30pm.

Menu: Broasted Chicken

Brats

Hamburgers

Baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, milk, pop or coffee.

Price: This picnic is FREE. If you know of someone that would like to help out with the

preparation of this event, please have them call Ron at 608-592-3838.

              Alcohol beverages not included.

Attendee’s: Please bring your wife, friend, colleague, or neighbor. This is suppose to be a fun, social event. If you know of someone who might be interested in joining SME, feel free to bring them along as well.

RSVP: Reservations are necessary by August 22, 2007. This will help us better prepare for the amount of food and drinks to have ready for our event. Simply let me know how many in your group by giving the names and what food they would like to eat. You can change your mind at the last minute if you want. We are just looking for a rough idea of how much food.

We don’t want anyone to miss the Fun, so plan to join the rest of us at Token Creek Park for this last event of the summer.
