To be eligible for the Bulletin Award, chapters must submit six issues, January 2003 through September 2003, to the Region Bulletin Committee by September 16, 2003.
One month's issue will be selected at random and all eligible chapters will be judged using the following criteria for a maximum total of 100 points.
An editorial is defined as: "Editorial" musts appear at the top of the page with author's name and title following the article. It should be limited to one page.

Photos must have captions to be counted in the photo category.
Bulletins must use and properly display the SME logo and typography. Refer to "Logo Policy Standards and Usage" in your Bulletin packet from National.
