Plant Tour FM Precision Golf Corp.
Tour of FM Precision Golf Corp. in Torrington, CT. FM Precision Golf is a division of Royal Precision and manufactures steel golf club shafts. The FM Precision plant produces aproximately 8 million alloy steel golf shafts per year, including the patented Frequency Matched Rifle shafts used by many professional golfers. The tour will show the manufacturing processes that turn coils of alloy steel strip into finished golf shafts, including tube making, foming, heat-treating, polishing and finishing. (30 guests will be allowed on the tour)

Directions to FM Precision
Take route 8 north to exit 44, in Torrington. Go straight at the stop light at the bottom of the exit ramp. At the next light take a left onto route 4 west. Follow route 4 west approximately 1.3 miles to the fourth stop light, which is Migeon Ave. Take a left onto Migeon Ave., then an immediate right into the FM Precision driveway. You will be directed into a parking area and into the engineering dept. conference room.
