Walter Dietz was the Associate Director of the TWI Service. He wrote and self-published this book in 1971, 26 years after the TWI Service closed. He died in 1974. Multiple attempts have been made to contact the Dietz estate to get permission to post this book. Since he self-published it, there is no publisher. We strongle believe Walter Dietz would have wanted us to make his book available now that it is out of print. If anyone has any contact with the Dietz estate, please let us know as we would like to get formal permission.
