Clover specializes in custom designing single-stage and multistage (telescopic) hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.  Cylinder diameters range from 1” to 40” with hydraulic operating pressures up to 10,000 PSI (pneumatic up to 250 PSI) and strokes exceeding 20 feet (single stage) and telescopic strokes in excess of 50 feet.

Their manufacturing facility features CNC and multi-axis high-speed machining, honing capabilities and multiple engine lathes.  Clover recently installed a new Mori Seiki NT6600/4000 5-axis CNC turning center (the first of its kind to be delivered in the United States).  The machine will allow Clover Industries to turn parts up to 42” in diameter.
