Marketing Needs Using Product Testing and Evaluation

Success
of an organization depends on the ability to improve current products and
develop new products that a market needs. A
systematic and measurable approach can be used to reduce the expensive failure
rates of product development or product design.
This presentation will provide a systematic approach and will introduce
specific marketing measurement tools to incorporate customer input into product
design and improvement processes.
Mr.
Sells is Managing Partner of Alexandria Marketing Research Group, Inc.
He has received a BS in Marketing, a MBA in Marketing Research, and has
been an active member of the American Marketing Association and American Society
of Quality for the past 20 years. He
co-authored an article for the February 2000 issue of Quality Progress magazine
and is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing and Statistics at Southwest Missouri
State
University.
