Procurement Cost Control

Jim DiFilippo, Director of Supply Chain Management for United Marine Manufacture’s Association, Inc. will address SME members on procurement cost control.  APICS members are also invited to attend.  A central thesis is that unit cost of parts is a small fraction of total process cost.  Purchasing and Engineering groups need to team together to control product cost.
