What you may have missed...



Chapter Events:
Chapter 327 Events are typically plant tours in the southern NH / northern MA region or informative presentations from NH technology businesses or manufacturers. Previous events have featured: Hitchner Mfg, Portsmouth Naval Yard, Hypertherm, Mine Falls Gatehouse, Vaupell Rapid Solutions and many others.

On October 5th and 6th our chapter hosted the 2008 SME East Coast Leadership Series
Conference at the Best Western in Manchester, NH.

The Carr Tool Company, Inc., (CTC), also located in Manchester NH, generously invited us to tour their facility. CTC was formed in 1969 by Don Carr, Jr.. Over the years, they have moved from manual machine
tools, to tape machines, and onto CNC Machine Tools . Shown above is their 22 pallet three machine manufacturing cell .
