Please
join us this month for a tour of Bayliner Boats
located in Pipestone, MN.
Originally established in the 1970’s, Bayliner
in Pipestone is one of 4 manufacturing facilities manufacturing Bayliner boats. The
Pipestone facility manufactures deck boats and classic runabouts; beginning
with the starting molds and finishing with a complete product. The facility has 262 employees which
manufacture around 20 boats per day. The
plant uses may of the latest manufacturing methods such as 5S, Glass walls
(information boards), One piece flow, Super Markets, FIFO lanes ect. The main focus
has been in assembly on their Mid Boat Line and Small Boat Line.

I-90 Interstate
EAST; MN Hwy 23 turn NORTH/left; Hwy 23 merges with Hwy 75 in Pipestone Go
EAST.
Take Hwy 75 SOUTH.
(Note Flanagan's Restaurant is on the corner of Hwy 30 and 75 at the end of the
airport runway)
Bayliner facilities are 1 mile south of town on Hwy 75.;
Plant and Corporate Offices are located on the Eastside of Plant #2.
