Dear Members,

The results of our member survey are included in this month's bulletin. Some of the suggestions are being implemented this month. There were concerns about getting the bulletin after the meeting. We will be getting our information out earlier so the bulletin is delivered on time to our members.

We are having a daytime tour of Arctic Cat in Madison this month. They don't have a second shift so a day tour is our only opportunity to see the facility. I've been told they have an excellent 5S program so I’m looking forward to learning how their system works.

There were also requests to add information to the bulletin about processes our members are interested in. If there are some new processes you would like to learn more about or additional details about a current process, send me an email about what topics you would like to see covered in the bulletin.

This is our last tour before summer. We will resume our schedule again in September. Have a great summer!
