SME Chapter 85 is the local chapter of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers for Utah and the surrounding areas. Our chapter is dedicated to helping Manufacturing and Engineering professionals in Utah and surrounding areas stay connected with industry trends and the latest technologies.

We hold regular meetings, training sessions, and sponsor plant tours. We also support the BYU and WSU student chapters. Meetings are generally held the afternoon or evening of the third Thursday of each month.
