South Carolina – April 20, 2004 – AssetPoint,

software and services, today announced that Tracy Watson has accepted a position
on the board of directors for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME)
upstate South Carolina chapter number 164. In this role, Watson will be
responsible for helping assist in event planning, execution and management for
SME meetings, trade shows and special events that serve the
Greenville-Spartanburg markets. Additionally, Mrs. Watson will focus on
membership drives in an effort to promote SME and increase awareness of its
presence in upstate South Carolina. Watson will draw from her 15 year
career that has included event planning and management with the Greenville
Convention & Visitors Bureau and similar affiliate groups. At
AssetPoint, Watson is a member of the sales, marketing and business development
team having served in this capacity for nearly 5 years.
