Welcome!
SME chapter 173 serves the local manufacturing community, including professionals and students. We facilitate networking and education through local tours, presentations, certification, and mentoring. Chapter 173 has members from across the U.S., but mainly represents Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Members hail from Northern Los Angeles County, the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, Palmdale and Lancaster, as well as Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura.
