capping equipment, as well as end use applications; to develop and implement

American market.
Qualifications /
Requirements:
Preferably an undergraduate degree
in an engineering discipline coupled with a business degree (emphasis in
marketing or sales). Or any
combination of education, training or experience that meets the required
knowledge, skills and abilities.
Stable work history with 5-10 years of relevant experience
marketing and selling highly engineered, customized capital equipment,
preferably high speed automated packaging equipment. Experience
in selling to the food and pharmaceutical industries a plus.
A proven leader with a documented, consistent track record
of success in all aspects of business to business marketing, sales, business
development, customer retention and account management to achieve and exceed
sales goals.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and enthusiasm
for working with and relating to people at all levels.
Articulate, persuasive communication ability, including excellent
listening, verbal, written and presentation skills; with ability to develop,
produce and present detailed technical proposals and presentations.
Professional work ethic, appearance and
demeanor.

be able to lead the development and execution of mechanical products including
costing/scheduling, design, analysis and engineering documentation.
Requirements include a BS (MS preferred) in Mechanical Engineering or
equivalent with experience in a machine design/fabrication environment.
Computer skills should include solid modeling, 3D CAD (Solidworks)
with drawing generation and analysis tools like COSMOS or Algor.
Experience designing welded steel and aluminum structures;
and, designing drive systems like servomotors, position sensors, gearboxes and
controllers. Knowledge of finite element structural analysis

skills with a minimum of five years verifiable success in contract management

oral and written communication skills. Bachelors
degree in a technical field with a working knowledge of microwave products
required. MS or MBA highly desireable.

Position Responsibilities:
· Designs products for assigned projects using Auto Cad and solid works software programs. May design the entire machine, and components.
· Creates detailed component parts and/or assembly drawings to assist manufacturing with the building of the products.
· Works closely with purchasing to source materials and/or products.
· Structures an accurate bill of materials (BOM) for each design layout or component part/assembly drawing completed
· Provides customer service and/or technical services regarding questions of products or designs.
