A well-established and growing packaging machinery manufacturer in SW Florida has an outstanding opportunity for a high energy, results oriented sales professional.  This progressive and thriving company is a global leader in high speed automated packaging systems for the Food and Pharmaceutical industries.

This position requires a highly motivated, team player with capital machinery sales experience and a strong knowledge and understanding of high speed automated packaging and capping equipment, as well as end use applications; to develop and implement sales strategies, manage existing accounts and establish new relationships in order to increase sales volume.  In this role you will provide innovative sales solutions and world-class service to the Latin American market.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Preferably an undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline coupled with a business degree (emphasis in marketing or sales). Or any combination of education, training or experience that meets the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Stable work history with 5-10 years of relevant experience marketing and selling highly engineered, customized capital equipment, preferably high speed automated packaging equipment.  Experience in selling to the food and pharmaceutical industries a plus.

A proven leader with a documented, consistent track record of success in all aspects of business to business marketing, sales, business development, customer retention and account management to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Well-developed interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with and relating to people at all levels.

Articulate, persuasive communication ability, including excellent listening, verbal, written and presentation skills; with ability to develop, produce and present detailed technical proposals and presentations.

Professional work ethic, appearance and demeanor.

Highly collaborative, a team player, willing and able to effectively interface and partner on all levels for successful outcomes.

Outstanding organizational ability, with strong time / territory management and reporting skills.

Available and willing to travel extensively (50-75%) in Latin America.

Trade show savvy.

Bilingual in  Spanish.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

10+ years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.  Must be able to lead the development and execution of mechanical products including costing/scheduling, design, analysis and engineering documentation.   Requirements include a BS (MS preferred) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with experience in a machine design/fabrication environment.  Computer skills should include solid modeling, 3D CAD (Solidworks) with drawing generation and analysis tools like COSMOS or AlgorExperience designing welded steel and aluminum structures; and, designing drive systems like servomotors, position sensors, gearboxes and controllers.   Knowledge of finite element structural analysis preferred.   Must be a U.S. Citizen.  Salary range $75-90,000.

 

Program Manager

Responsible for the management of multi-million dollar short and long term complex technical equipment and service contracts in the public and private sectors for both domestic and international markets.  Position requires highly developed project/program management skills with a minimum of five years verifiable success in contract management including customer and multi-discipline interfaces, financial management, schedules timely problem identification and resolution supported by excellent oral and written communication skills.  Bachelors degree in a technical field with a working knowledge of microwave products required.  MS or MBA highly desireable.  Moderate to heavy travel involved.  Must be a U.S. Citizen.  Salary range $85-100,000.

We have an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer at our company headquarters in St. Matthews, SC.

 

Description: The candidate who fills this position will be involved in a number of engineering responsibilities including engineering orders to customer specifications and developing documentation for the manufacture of EC&M products. It will also include product design maintenance and support, requiring attention to quality, performance to published standards, manufacturability and costs. This candidate will eventually have opportunities to directly interact with customers regarding their product application requirements and be involved in on-site equipment start-up.

 

Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering. Experience in a manufacturing or utility environment is desirable. Experience with a 2D and 3D CAD system and a Windows based PC system is required. Another Savannah manufacturer is looking for a sr. buyer or purchasing supervisor who is interested in moving up the food chain rather quickly. Initially the position would involve heavy sourcing, negotiating and interfacing with internal and external customers. If candidate that comes in is already at a supervisory level, they would have an opportunity to compete for the purchasing manager’s role with a year. Salary level is between $65K - $75K.
